Full Refund Policy
We take full responsibility for all orders. Customers will be fully refunded in case of theft, damaged parcels, or if delivery has not been made at all. We will ensure to replace item(s) or issue a full refund.
No Cash
We only accept EFT payments for the safety of our drivers and we are not responsible for any orders done outside of our knowledge and for orders that are not paid in full before delivery
Order Cancellation (Before it's Prepared)
Full refund if the order is cancelled before it is Prepared.
Order Cancellation (After it's Prepared)
No refund will be issued once the order has been Prepared. Please ensure you are ready to receive your order before placing it.
Incorrect or Missing Items
Refund or replacement will be provided if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Damaged Items
Refund or replacement available with photo proof submitted within 24 hours.
Customer Order Errors
No refund for mistakes made while placing the order (e.g., wrong address or wrong items selected).
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Unavailability
No refund if delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient not available.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
